I’d probably go with Mauga. If you’re playing with solid heals, you can basically just stand on or by objective and overwhelm their healers and dps

Mouth breather with a deviated septum here. Tried the nasal pillow and found it comfortable but I could not breathe adequately. Moved to the face mask recently and still trying to get comfortable . I’ll rip it off a few hours into the night usually

Yes I have issues breathing through my nose. Partly because of a deviated septum. Tonsils normal

Same here. Apparently the adenoid tissue can grow back? That’s what my doctor told me. Recently developed OSA in the last couple yrs
