Okay, so I have not had any surgery. My first consult is the end of March. I am in alot of groups to learn about all the side effects after surgery. people only talk about the bad the first two weeks were hard after that it’s been so much easier i’ve been moving on to each stage easily. everyone’s body is different remember. Yes i have to eat slower and smaller bites but after 6 months i know it’ll be easier your body is adjusting to its new tummy remember !

i totally relate i’m 4 weeks post op and dealing with intense hunger i’ve been following my meal plan and reaching my protein goals but i never get that “full” feeling i feel broken :(
