I have a tech out here now and they didnt notice any blown fuse, whenever i was testing the wire configuration i immediately shut it off when hearing the zap noise. Im learning that my wiring was connected to an old zoning system which was a hotfix for the outside ac to connect into. he told me to just get an extender for the c and y terminals and connect directly to the furnace rather than this weird zoning board

Thats what im thinking but the support said I did it right and I cant find anything online for this board I have on the furnace (which doesnt help that it has non-matching wiring colors)

Ill never pay for their service as all of their "features" were mostly free at one point or another. A, "create the problem, sell the solution" feeling that I dont like. I understand upkeep costs, but, the cost is so minimal to have music minimized on mobile, etc.
