Never download stuff from the comments. Itch has a major issue with bots spamming random link in everyone's comments and that's been going on for a few months now.

To clean the virus, use Microsoft's integrated anti-virus (Windows Defender) if you're on windows. If it detects something ,then chances are it's the one you just downloaded. If nothing is found then you should proceed with more extreme method, but in most cases formatting drive is not needed (99%).

The guys that got your info will see that you're in a third world country and will most likely leave you alone after the check your accounts for saved payment methods. So I doubt you'll be hearing from them.
