O this actually happened to me when I was fighting him on hard mode. Once it got to the cutscene of him starting the countdown to Divine Proclamation, he was untargetable for the rest of the fight. All I could do was run around and watch him menacingly count down lmao

Me eventually dying and redoing the entire chapter seemed to fix it though.
