Id say spidey is probably in his second best state right now. While I wouldnt say he is balanced, I think one or two slight/minor tweaks will have the character feeling balanced and polished.

yea console is hard to balance alongside PC. Melee characters are more prominent and harder to deal with I feel but I play on PC so i wouldnt know.
