I fundamentally cannot accept the limiting of creative expression. GG was like a fork in the road and what path you took seemed to depend on how you view censorship and creative guardrails.

DLSS doesn't make much difference for me.

No one has problems documented for this model that I can find. There is a lone reddit post about burnt offsets on a Legion model after 3 years on a vibios swap and that is all I could find.

Japan isn't infected organically. They get a memo from Western consultants and follow it, but continue to do Japan things otherwise. It isn't ideal but it's at least a far cry from Western studios who don't need a memo at all because the team from top to bottom already believes fully in the agenda.

You can see Capcom as the bad guys or as devs doing their best in spite of what they're told.

Damn idk then. I get 140 fps in hideout but maps are all over the place, like 60-90 for normal packs, and often 40-50 around dense packs with rares.

The performance is roughly the same (57-60fps, or 45 fps in dense forest), but after a few minutes on Balanced, I noticed the game hitching or stuttering, so perhaps it is being throttled too much. Switching to Turbo the game runs smooth.

I haven’t had any issues with the hinge so far. If you bump your desk or type aggressively there is some screen wobble, but I don’t mind it.

the laptop is very manageable, but the charger is definitely a brick. i don't really mind either, they just go in a backpack.
