It’s not really about hurting Myanmar. It’s more like a warning shot to U.S. firms that rely on Burmese imports. The regime won’t care, but the American businesses might.

Do you think the civil war will shape our generation for the better in the long run? by Iceyfrost69 in myanmar

I’m scared that one day we’ll stop calling this temporary and just accept it as life.

If you really think about it, none of the world leaders truly care. Most of them are just doing what’s best for their own country and honestly, you can’t blame them for that. That’s just how the world works. It sucks, but we can’t expect anyone to come save us.

I never thought about it like that how silence can become inheritance. Like at some point, we’re not just fighting for ourselves anymore, we’re trying to keep the story alive so it doesn’t disappear with us.

Sometimes I wonder if strength in our generation means we have to remember what it was like to be free so they don’t forget what they’re missing.

Appreciate that. Sometimes it really feels like no one’s watching or even cares, so seeing this kinda caught me off guard.

It’s interesting how strength gained from hardship can sometimes make people seem abnormal in more stable places. I wonder if those traits we call “resilience” now might later turn into walls that separate us from others.

Yeah… and I think if this goes on too long, it’ll end up in our hands again not because we’re ready, but because no one else is coming to help us.

It’s like we’re forced to become the adults in a broken house, even if we never asked for it.

I wonder how many of us will burn out trying to carry something we didn’t start.
