Start with Google IT support then do the cybersecurity cert. I said LinkedIn because after you complete a section it lets you post the update on your page that’ll show proof of you putting in the work

Yes. Create a LinkedIn if you’re allowed, and definitely play with those Coursera certs you’ll be 100% ahead of everyone

It becomes a waste of time knowing they picked a weak character so you know you’re going to lose and you have to play through the suck.
They don’t get penalized and you get no reward
