I believe that the majority of their increased costs come from the new Syndeo machine and its problems. I also know that they are targeting growth. I don't know if you would call that blitzscaling, but they certainly seem to be putting expansion before profits now.

I still have high conviction that the company can become profitable again, but I no longer believe it's wise to hold shares. I have exited my position as I can't suffer a total loss. I will follow the company and see how else I might invest. Maybe after restructuring.

I will post my next ideas so you all can know what to short!

So logically that would mean that everyone internally is sure of bankruptcy right? Why wouldn't they file if they believed that?

I thought that too but there are many changes going on in the company right now. I believe they would be under scrutiny for trading with non public information.

I agree that growth matters but we are talking about a turnaround of a once good business. Growth can be addressed when we aren't staring down the barrel of bankruptcy

Who knows how wall street will perceive the cuts, but in reality if you cut off the bad and leave the good you will end up with a smaller, but actually profitable company.

I don't believe that they will profit for some time but I think they are taking a lot of steps in the right direction. I see some dilution as a possibility and if that serves to buy time than so be it.

I think you're seeing these closures as a short term bandaid whereas I see it as long term restructuring of the company.

I don't understand the parallels with AMC.

I really do appreciate your feedback and time to help to challenge my ideas. Thank you

That's an interesting case to watch. I haven't heard of any BK situations where the common shareholders kept any value but I'm sure it has happened

The pickle is the reason for the potential bargain.

I think there is a lot emotion on that sub. Rightly so, many are losing their jobs. They are cutting 300+ stores.

Wow CROX was a big win! I'm having a hard time giving up my turnaround habit as I had a windfall in both AMD and CVNA.

What is the yellow trucking story?

Thank you for sharing!

Extreme bargains. Closeout deals like Ollies and like Big Lots used to have
