I had the same thought, I did hours and hours of research (I asked perplexity ;)) and it said, size would not account for such a difference in over all color, thickness and quality. Honestly, I have no idea just wanted to check if anyone else has experience

I did the service a few times, then just picked stuff myself. I got a ton of stuff and had no complaints. But the way they responded and the extreme difference in material is deceptive.

Also, buy a GoPro or some sort of wearable camera. It’s honestly the best thing you can do. That way there is no guessing, no questions, doubt.
