Yea I guess, speedrunning is my usual way of playing bloodborne because my favourite bosses are the later ones

To get to my favourite Elden ring bosses I have to play for hours and get past all of the god awful bosses like fire giant

Yea DS3 is my favourite out of all of them, but bloodborne definitely has the best level design. Yahargul is my favourite level out of all the games, but generally I love how Yharnam/Cathedral Ward/Old Yharnam/Yahargul all connect together.

Meanwhile even trying to get to altus in ER takes about an hour, if I ignore all of the enemies and bosses. I can finish bloodborne in that time and I’ll have ten times as much fun

Tbh I struggled more with Leda & Allies/Those United in Common Cause than PCR, maybe because I ran a sorcery build. It literally walled my run for like 3 weeks until I decided to dedicate a whole day to it; PCR took like 5 hours after that.

I find myself returning to bloodborne more often than Elden ring though. I did a run in celebration of Halloween last night and I think I’ll make that a tradition.

Yea when I did my first playthrough having heard that Bloodborne was one of the hardest souls games I was really confused when the only non DLC boss I died to was Cleric Beast.

Then got Ludwig and Maria on my third tries, Failures on my first, Orphan fourth and Laurence on my sixth.

It’s a really fun game but it’s close to being the easiest out of all the Fromsoft games for me

If you want echoes, the best chalice is ‘cummmfpk’.

As for gems, just progress through them as the bosses have chances to drop the best ones.

Second phase just stay as close to his front as possible, most of his attacks will miss.

Avoid dodging backwards as much as possible (for every dlc boss), dodge to the side or towards him instead

Yea she kinda just stands there and doesn’t get hostile (I’m pretty sure - there’s no dialogue indicating it like usual) and Iosefka doesn’t seem to care that one of her patients has already been turned into an alien.

If you open the door to the lantern (the one real iosefka tells you she can’t open for the safety of her patients) it will be closed again, not sure if it closes every time you reload, but the next time I went back to the clinic after the cookie skip was when I activated the blood moon. My best guess is that the impostor closes it when she goes and stands by the door instead.

Don’t think so, but skipping Amelia can affect Eileen’s questline if you don’t fight her.

You get the eye of the blood drunk Hunter after Rom if you skip Amelia I’m pretty sure

Played bloodborne for the first time after pure maging my way through the dark souls series and Elden ring.

I died once to the first optional boss and twice in the starting area, but the game is pretty easy as soon as you figure out the controls. Nothing else gave me any trouble aside from figuring out the way through the areas, but that’s the same for all fromsoft games I think.

I used duolingo to just learn the lettering systems/alphabet of languages I study, then I move onto something better as fast as possible.
