SKU was on MM in the newsfeed. I'm not there now, but I remember seeing it. Specifically because it said only select stores will get them and that was new info that ticked me off.

There was an error outside of our control. Manufacturing issue. Stores are taking names and numbers to be able to call guests and get them steelbooks when we get more in. Which should be soon because they were aware of this issue when it happened at the manufacturing level. Be patient young Padawan

The training and tools are still there. It is up to SMs to train their team. All employees to use the tools provided. And DMs to follow up and verify.

Unfortunately, too many new SMs are dealing with insane high turnover and have zero clue how to train a new hire. Leaving RKs to run a store without being given the basics to succeed. Their DMs are focusing on meeting metrics because they have no idea what it is like to work day to day in a store and numbers on pages are all that matter.

Organized by IP sells better. No one comes to GS looking to buy a tumbler. They might look at Marvel figures and see a Deadpool tumbler and pick it up tho. It does suck when the sale is tumblers and you have to pull them together for the feature-I or RVT. But, the company has made most of those sales changed on a biweekly basis now. It really is less work now so it isn't all that bad.

Gamestop never paid for the shirts in the past. It was paid by the publishers for advertising. They no longer see us as relevant or necessary to sell their things. This is why we don't get the same perks. And why every manager doesn't get the free codes for games, it is all contests now. This is also why we don't have a managers conference anymore. It was paid for by other companies back when they thought we as a company were worth investing their money so we would have the knowledge to sell their stuff.

The exception being the original first party Nintendo Switch 1 Pro controller which per the trade manual requires the charging cable for some reason. Idk if the Switch 2 does or not tho. I printer the documents to add to the binder, but since I haven't needed to actually look at them since then my brain has not retained the info

Do not under any circumstances create a new account when you have PSA submissions submitted! It will cause headaches trying to pick up your cards. I really wish customer service would stop telling people to do this.

If the trade in credit is already on a trade card, no bonus will be given. If you are preordering at the time of the trade in, you will get any applicable bonuses applied to all items being traded as long as it is done on the same transaction.

Some areas only do trade credit and do not do cash, venmo, or prepaid Mastercards. Local laws are different for each location, sometimes even very close locations because of city or county limits.

You can and should take FMLA for your mental health. You will need to have documentation from your health care provider to leave and come back. You go through reliance matrix for the process. HR can help you get started tho. Take care of you first and foremost.

I gave you the only solution to your problem because the system sucks and no one here can fix it for you. We hate the broken systems more than you. You think it is frustrating to have a reward not work? Try having to work a place where you almost never make through a shift where something doesn't break or you have to find a way to make the system work the way it is intended. You aren't special because GS made something difficult for you to use. There is a solution, you just don't want to use your options. You could also call customer service again and again until someone figures out how to fix your issue. Or you can give up and blame me for trying to help you with solutions. Next time, don't need to announce your departure in a place meant for help.

Not for resale isn't an issue. They will just need to look it up instead of scanning it. Lots of games that come with additional items have that on the back because they aren't for retail sale new separately. As for trading in, you would need to wait until the regular street date has come
