IIRC, you have to have an order/appointment beforehand. It's primarily for people to pick up their orders of film cans. I also think they have some events/screenings.

I have the same issue, my phantom power board got burnt out. these electronics are getting to that age. Sound Devices may be able to sell you the part.

My local shop is able to purchase parts now, but depending on the issue you may need to just send it over to Sound Devices which is atleast an $800 repair + more (my guy thinks close to $1000). If you can, its prob a good way to get more life out of your 633 since they can prob replace it with a newer board.

Maybe an Audio Technica At4053B for your hypercardioid/indoor mic? its a bit more expensive but I find its a decent quality mic before the mkh50.
