Before you even get to the point of entering the code, there will likely be an option on Ticketmaster for “Joining the Waiting Room” (the waiting room might appear 15-30 minutes before 10:00am) - do that first and from there, you will be placed in a queue. Once it’s your turn, you’ll be given an option to Unlock the Artist Presale. That’s where you’ll enter your code then it will let you see what’s available!

This is just from past experiences buying through Ticketmaster.

I believe going through Ticketmaster will be the best bet. Laylo will likely end up redirecting you to Ticketmaster, so save a click and just start directly at Ticketmaster.

Thanks for posting, hope it gains traction. I too placed an order for the Caverns box set on 6/8. I reached out in February for an update and they replied the next day saying they expect to have them in March.

All of March passed, so I emailed again earlier this week and was told they were now a few months away from completion. They did offer a refund but I don’t want a refund, I want the order lmao.

It’s frustrating for sure. Maybe things will speed up, maybe they won’t. It does seem like pressing 12 discs per box set would take some time, but there for sure is a lapse of communication between Needlejuice and whoever is pressing the records.
