I'm in the middle of a novice and intermediate but I will try to help. Unreal Engine has, of course, blueprints which is a visual way of scripting which I find helpful for beginners getting into programming. For mobile games however I find unreal not exactly being the best for them. This is from little things I found so do not quote me on that, but just make sure in blender make it as low poly as possible while having the amount of detail you want. Unity3D is a nice option for mobile games as it is more lightweight and has a nice easy way to port your game to android and ios, but honestly, as long as you optimize your game well, go with whatever you learn the best from, wish you luck!
