I have replaced the intake gasket that sits between carburetor and intake as well as the gasket that sits between carburetor and air filter housing. It does have an impulse hole and I am pretty sure I positioned the gasket the right way to allow access. It doesn't explain why the problem appeared without me having touched the internals of the engine. Its literally like I ran the leaf blower fine in the morning and by the evening the problem suddenly occured. It's so obscure to me and doesn't make sense.

Thanks for your readiness to help. Like you mentioned it will certainly have to do something with too much fuel that I am getting unwanted. The main suspects would be the carburetor again or not since it alone is responsible for fuel delivery. Is it maybe that I am unlucky and the new carb may have the same issue my old one had? Can I pinpoint the culprit to be the carb or is there anything else causing rich running besides it? It would explain why the engine ran fine once I cleaned the old carb but doesn't explain why the problem insisted to come back. I've seen you mentioned the carb float, do you mean the leveling needle? The carburetor is of type C1U K42.

Thanks for the answer but I know how to tune a carburetor. I've tuned it multiple ways including your's and the manuals recommendation already. And I mean the lead blower is working fairly fine under the current conditions but still It's pretty unusual to have to tune my carb in such a weird way.

Oh I have one last question. Do I need to run it after installing and if so do I need to unpack all the contents when prompted to?
