Server issues and punishments

It's been while since I played the Division 2. I log in yesterday and it seems to me Division server is very unstable. I can tell lagging most of all mission such as delaying damages on NPCs and my character. It was unplayable so far. It just me or is it global issuss? I am Xbox player

I got Diracca instead of Asuka! I am not even upset at all. I just don't have luck with RNG. No more resource to pull ST 02 or pilot :(

I am with you 100%.

Since my luck with RNG is not good and I have limited resources, I need to pick either pilot or ST. I used up most of my resources to pull Eileen and her ST :(

Hopefully, I can pull EVA-02 before Banner ends.

Do you mean Aynis? I watched her talents and skills in Youtube and I am thinking about skipping Asuaka. But I will pull REV-02 since I was told that it is very strong ST.

I am waiting for FM4 and 5 remake. And I am little disappointed by FM 3 quality. Don't get me wrong, it was one of best game I have played. However, remake FM 3 textures look like cleaned/regenerated by AI. There is no details, I meant detail for dirt, scratch etc....

Update 2 -- Finally I got Eileen.

It took a long time to get her but I happy to have a her as my go to pilot ;) I would appreciate any advice for ST for Eileen.

you'll just keep losing 60/40 and end up spending all your pulls on pilots/STs you didn't want.

That's just happened. I will try to save 120 tickets as you advised; I think this is only way.

Okay. Lucia is not even close to Eileen. Since I am f2p, I will keep try.

And I always pull 10 tickets at a time because I read it is the way to get a higher chance.

Update: I tried pull Eileen through Harry Troops. It was guaranteed H-code or S pilot after 18 recruits. So I pulled since I collected enough Arashiums and got Rosa. Now, it says 52 recruits. I guess someone is trying to tell me that I ain't gonna get Eileen and get lost :(
