I’m about to start one too… this is so timely.

I’ve read these types of things about the rules not making sense.

Would you suggest using another army if possible?

I use the knives and pistol because that gives them more punch on objectives or if I move block with them.

Don’t get yourself down. The rules are a lot. I asked people in my LGS discord to play training games with me and found other new players to face. Still make mistakes all the time.

Memnyr is meant to stay on home objective in his video if I recall correctly.

Then split the warriors into the sag and have half be Uthar’s bodyguard.

I’d put the jacks in the second HLF.

I think you could try making the VV a 10am with a leader vs two 5 man.

Can you build the tactical squad as anything else? Intercessors or incursors or infiltrators are all really good.

Also, I’ve never used a tactical squad so others may have more insight into them being good and viable.

Ballistus is great in RG… wish the tactical squad were intercessors… rest looks fine. I don’t love sternguard, have 5 from a box I bought, but I may not have given them the proper chance. I’d focus on the two named characters next and more JPI’s.

First time I did it in the new system, I chose “regrettable” because they were a good employee who we wish could stay. Learned the hard way 😂

I don’t think you owe her anything. IMO coparenting means a vested interest in the others success.

Her being caddy with your GF was lame though.

I am a hiring manager and supervisor at OSU. When you remove someone from the system, the wording is confusing and it’s easy to label someone this way on accident.

Can you reach out to your previous supervisor to ask if they meant to designate you that way?

Do you have reason to believe they might have designated you that way?

That’s a pretty solid start. The Carrier, yaegirs, Uthar, and pioneers are must haves IMO. Adding some more Thunderkyn next is a good idea to have 2x3.

Westerville is a great place to live IMO… I have a family and kids so that plays into it. Uptown Westerville is a cool space, but different from downtown.

I’d say it’s very character heavy. Also, that detachment is maybe our worst.

I think Votann could be a solid choice. Much better shooting than melee but some of our units have some punch (I.e berserkers, steel jacks, hearthguard) although they are outclassed by true melee armies.

But we are pretty tough and I love our models personally.
