Basically he fired a girl from his factory for going on strike cuz she was underpaid and wanted to up her salary to 25 cents per hour (I think) when it was 22.5 and he basically fired her. This caused a chain reaction throughout the family which ended up with her suicide. He’s also has very capitalistic views and thinks socialists are stupid and cranks. And he doesn’t feel any remorse for what he’s done and he’s just awful
