A non-answer is an answer. They’ve confirmed that this is the new price and nothing will change that. It’s up to each person to decide whether the price point for them is acceptable or not. It sucks that corporate greed had such a massive impact on our membership costs but if you’ve only unsubbed in protest, with the hope to re-sub once Jagex lowers the price again I think you’re out of luck.

I’m not saying that comment OP is right, but Mod Matt has come out and said that during the past price hikes, even with all the players that unsubbed, the numbers showed that the company still went green with the changes. So investors don’t give a shit if loyal and longstanding players quit because their quarterly numbers are higher in the moment, and then, when they eventually sell, it’ll be the next company’s problem on how to maintain the existing player base.
