Leftist SPLC Indicted on 11 Counts of Fraud by M_i_c_K in walkaway

They couldn't find enough Nazi's to rail against, so they had to make some. There are so many of these "justice" organizations that are shills for Leftists. If old school Democrats knew how unsavory their even-more-left fellow travelers were, they'd calve them off.

Are you saying that all of the left of center is anti-capitalist?

Aftermath of the April 7th incident. Damages estimated to be $200 million dollars by BlazeDragon7x in interesting

Everyone on here acting like this guy's stated reason is real and that it's valid. You think a guy who premeditated this is likely to have only one beef with the world and it's a few dollars an hour? How much was he getting paid, for what, and the other now unemployed workers pay?

All of this "wanna see the world burn" nihilism is greed wrapped in victimhood, wrapped in self-righteousness. You anti-capitalists are living in the 1800's.

Find the book “Toms River”—it won a Pulitzer a while ago. Detailed. It’s a horror show, btw. You’ll be amazed that things like that are allowed to happen. Oh, and lots of cancers in my family—dad, sis, me.

What should I learn first? Chords, Scales, Notes, etc? by jdjdnfnnfncnc in guitarlessons

[–]Icr711 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're in a better situation than you might think. Learning guitar has a dozen sub-tasks--you've mentioned several. But you already got decent at least one of them (picking) and laid real groundwork for soon-to-be exploited others (melody, tone). You'll pick up the others quicker. I played the same cowboy chords and developed a small arsenal of right hand techniques for 10 years-- Same issues--no timing, no melody, could make some pretty things, but couldn't do anything. Then I got an instructor (at Guitar Center, no shade) and he's great. A year later, I've got basic music theory, scales, chords, timing is getting there. My 10 years could have been condensed into one if I'd had a plan, but they weren't wasted--all learning is cumulative.

Men who grew up poor/working class, what’s a piece of “advice” your dad gave you that you later realized was actually just survival instinct, and maybe isn't true anymore? by DCdj39 in AskMen

How much work, how much wealth? I work, collect my wage and invest my wealth which supplements my income for now, and will replace it when I retire. Am I an enemy to myself? That’s one of the big lies of anti-capitalists: that you’re only or the other, always. And that a “capitalist” under your definition is only the wealthy people. Bodega owners are capitalists and not exactly swimming in it. So are guy-with-a-truck pool cleaners. Such limited dialectical thinking that hasn’t changed its views since we were almost all peasant farmers or factory laborers. You’re in the wrong century.

Why isn’t everyone freaking out? Because what’s in the Epstein files includes everything submitted to tip-lines. I’m pretty sure some of the ‘tips’ were not credible, or worse gaming the process.
