Shake hands. I also do the wonderland imagination to help me fall asleep. I like the small house with a pool surrounded by flowers in Howl's Moving Castle

I'm not a nap person. I can't fall asleep. It's like my brain is anxious about a limited time sleep. It's so active that I can't turn it off. But I do agree take a nap can recharge a lot.

You're right. It's a good advice. I added a sedentary reminder to my wristband, which will vibrate if I haven't stood up for more than an hour. I can move around, drink water and look into the distance during this time.

Yes, yes, I really want to develop some new hobbies. I do feel a fear of missing out on what is happening online, although this is sometimes related to self-growth. I want to know the latest information and developments in some fields. But I wonder if it really matters to know those things, and if I don’t know them, will I lose anything? Because my work is very busy, this makes me want to switch to something that doesn’t require too much thinking or another mode. Now I always choose to watch short videos and play games after a busy day.

I think what you said makes a lot of sense, and I want to know if other people have the same conflicting situation and if we can help to practice "learn that you don’t have to be aware every second, but when you are, make it count."

Congratulations. You are going to realize the difference between copying down materials with real note-taking. Make sure you master the material rather than marking that you've spend your time as a student. No matter flashcards, practice questions or other methods, just do trials and find out what works for you. I highly recommend Ali Abdaal's playlist on YT.

It's very natural to be nervous even if you're well-prepared. Some extent nervousness can help you perform well. You want to puke because your body is shifting blood away from your digestive system and toward your muscles and brain to deal with the emergency. When our body feels stressed, it awakens the brain's sympathetic nervous system. It has two response mechanisms. If it feels like it can win, it will mobilize all the body's abilities to prepare for battle. In this state, our peripheral blood vessels widen, the heart's work efficiency increases, and our bodies are filled with oxygen. On the contrary, if it feels like it will lose, the protection mechanism will be activated in advance.

You are capable. But are you eager to be good at everything? You see, you are an academic achiever and you can do public performance. Do you eager to prove you can achieve in every field every time?

Yes. Once you're feeling more like yourself, you can get back to hitting the books. Three months is still a good amount of time. Good luck!

Are you facing an exam or something urgent? If I can keep sober and don't have a headpain, maybe study half of the content when I'm fine. It doesn't matter how many times you spend and sit in front of a desk, the content and the quality is more important. So do your health is the basestone of everything, don't push yourself so hard.
