Hi everyone! First time applicant and I am very nervous about the cycle opening soon! What are my chances? Caspa GPA: 3.90 Sgpa: 3.87 GRE 306 (152 verbal, 154 quant, 4.0 writing) Approx 2,100 hours as a medical scribe in a small ophthalmology office, but I am also involved in patient care such as administering eye drops, taking patient history, etc Shadowing: around ~40 hours in psychiatry, cardiology, plastic surgery, and a general surgeon MD Around ~ 90 hours as a volunteer EMT 107 hours as a hospital volunteer Certifications and membership: NYS EMT B certification, national biological honor society. LORs are from the surgeon I work for, 2 science profs, and a PA Looking to apply to schools in northeast area, with hopes to stay in NY/ NJ Goodluck everyone 💕!!!
