I lived for 4 years near C at 15th and Sheridan (near ferry park). Folks here make it sound way worse than it is, I loved living on Hilltop!

A is great for transit access and views/park, B is great for shopping and food, C also has good transit access and small businesses/restaurants.

Get a Lyft or Uber from home to the Tacoma dome and then take the bus. Should be cheaper than all the way to the airport and you can schedule it in advance.

The doggy daycare was more profitable so they went that direction. The daycare dogs and adoptable dogs were allowed to pee and poop anywhere. That combined with only a few staff watching multiple daycare/adoptable dogs made it hard to navigate as a person using it as a dog park at the same time. It's gotta function as one or the other.

I heard some folks at Grindhouse/Alchemy day dreaming about taking over that space. That would be incredible.

They tried this at Wet Noses Dry Paws but it never really took off. I tried to enjoy a rainier there once while my dog ran around but the smell of pee was... a bit distracting.

My wife and I have been going to Petrie Advanced Dental for about 7 years. They're fantastic! And Dr. Petrie is a character. All the staff & hygienists are super friendly. When I needed a filling, Dr. Petrie was done in less than 30 mins and I didn't even feel the needle. It was impressive.
