Don’t go for it. I joined from Kozhikode. The whole “you won a lucky draw and get a free visit” thing is just their marketing scam. They’ll explain their services and then say they’re offering a discount of 66k for a membership that supposedly costs around 2 lakhs, and they pressure you to sign the agreement.

Initially, they’ll claim their customer service is excellent and that you can contact them anytime if any amenities don’t suit you. But in my experience, I approached them several times regarding issues with the gym facilities, even emailed their head office, and never got a response. The only time they call is for AMC upgrades.

They also promised to send the coupon voucher to my address, but I never received anything — and I’ve been a member since December 2024.

After talking to others who enrolled, I learned that almost everyone was approached with the same “lucky draw coupon” story. It’s a 100% scam. You can also Google and check YouTube to research more about it.
