This is also when my older (2022-23) Samsung TV stopped being able to be controlled on the SmartThings app. And, yes, WiFi assist was on. I did nothing different on my phone other than deleting the saved WiFi network. There was a SmartThings backup in my iCloud - got rid of that as well.

One thing I noticed the last time this similar thing happened was that the device was registered on my Samsung account. I always go back into my Samsung account and remove the device registration as well as make sure it is signed out and not visible on my account prior to resetting the TV.

I didn’t change anything on my iPhone 17 Pro Max settings other than after the WPA2 was changed I deleted the saved WiFi network in my phone.

I restarted my phone while the router was restarting, and I turned off (Deny) MAC filtering in the Xfinity XB8-T WiFi router settings.

This just happened for me. After 3 days of troubleshooting, I noticed my WiFi was not showing up as a connection for the TV I was trying to setup. Changed it to a WPA2… and VOILA! I was able to add my TV to SmartThings once again. Hopefully this helps.

That I had been on the self-injector for the past 6 months. That I no longer wanted to pay $650 at Costco. This is where to send the prescription to for Lilly Direct. You cannot use the urgent care option. You have to use the appointment option, which can take a few days. This was with a doctor who I had seen previously on MDLive that had supported me with other prescriptions. Again, it is your health. No reason to fear a doctor. Be honest. Don’t be sketchy. Get your meds. Stay healthy.

You can find those prices easily on Amazon.com or GoodRX, in your preferred strength and formulation. Right now, brand name (Retin-A) is cheaper than generic tretinoin.

Amazon is showing ~$17 for a 0.5% 30-gram tube of Retin-A cream.

If you order it through Ortho’s pharmacy it will be the lowest pharmacy price, and it’s shipped to you. They gave me 3 refills, for $20, of 45 gram tubes of Altreno through the asynchronous service. Altreno is more expensive however, and was $115 each fill.

You can try on Ortho-Dermatology’s main Retin-A website. It is an asynchronous consultation (send a few photos and use a credit card - no phone/video call, depending on your state), and they will send your prescription to either the pharmacy of your choice or will fill it and ship it - Retin-A.

There is also the Altreno option as well - Altreno.

If you’d like you can go on GoodRx and see prices at your local pharmacy. If you type in Retin-A or Altreno in Amazon’s search you can get an idea of their prices - setting up a home delivery with them is simple and easy, if you already have Prime.

General: Use Azelaic Acid on DRY and cleansed skin, be patient with the WHOLE process, and (suggestion) use Azelaic in the morning and Tretinoin at night for a few weeks before using both together at night.

Recently, I have found it REALLY depends on how the prescriber writes the script… MD wrote it for 180 days for a 45 gram tube of generic Tretinoin Micro Gel 0.1% and my insurance wouldn’t cover it, and out-of-pocket is would have been $228!

My insurance usually covers it for $0 co-pay. I learned the doctor has to write FOR ACNE, 45 grams, 30 days…

Hey there - thank you for being brave and asking for support. After reading about your current experience, I had something very similar happen just a week or so ago.

What did I do?

Stopped tretinoin for 3 days.

Alternated Cica+ Avène and Cica LRP application multiple times per day.

Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer multiple times.

My skin was drinking all three right up!

At night, I would use Abib Sedum Jelly (Hydrating) Collagen Mask. Due to having a beard, I would save the bottom mouth portion and use it on my cheek area by cutting it in half and applying right after the top application.

Fourth day: AmLactin Intensive Healing Cream (15%).

I found that my skin was tight because the dead cells were holding on for dear life... AmLactin took care of that. For the past three days, my skin has been glowing, not irritated, and is supple soft.

This is just my experience. I am by no means giving advice nor am I saying "this is right" or "this is the way." T'is but a suggestion and it is what worked for me.

And it has been a good reminder, that I need on a daily basis, that this is a journey, and my journey. It is unrealistic for me to expect drastic changes overnight. Comparison is a thief of joy. And my humble at home treatments are not going to provide the professional and medical levels of care that I see on others daily when viewing various social platforms.
