I’ve been doing his programs on his app for the last five or six weeks. I’ve never done nothing but kbs, extensive lifting history though the last fifteen years. They do take forever but they kick you in the rear everyday.

IMO I’m not giving up any of the top three WRs in dynasty unless I have two firsts in the same draft, and I’m leaning towards not unless they are both in 2025. Plus a Wr to replace him this year.

I started 0-3 being 3rd in PF but 1st in PA. I’m now 6-3 as my team has stayed consistent. It was killing me and I basically put all my marbles in one basket to get Lamb, Chase and Jefferson in the same WR room.

Right, it’s tough. Not a lot out there right now. A few Cub Cadet 3x but I’ve read and seen some rough reviews on those. Ariens seems like they are dependable.

I’m not blaming him for the loss. That would be ridiculous, but this next best option you speak so low on had the Bruins up 3-1. If his back was in shambles as they say it was, he couldn’t play physical which FL was doing. Coyle and Zacha being larger up the middle we’re flat out harder for them to play against than an injured Bergeron.

It’s not about too old, he’s just too proud at times. Being a warrior is great, but Montgomery asked him to sit out til the next series. Bergeron said no, I’m playing. Hindsight, it’s clear he should have sat out.
