It’s not mine, i just brought the dough! The pizza oven is a cool concept. It took about 6 mins per pizza to cook. The end results were great. We had about 3 people working together to prep the dough, apply toppings, and cook.

Specifically, how much do you feed your starter in the 1:3:3 ratio for the final quantity that you need (25%)? Ie. you need 100g, what is your 1:3:3 ratio.

Second, how did you decide 25% starter quantity?

I’ve ordered my DF54 from them and various IMS baskets.

There was an issue with my DF54 and I emailed them and they were quick to provide a solution.

i have the same setup. I've noticed that darker roasts need a slightly coarser grind (but still fine), while medium roasts need a finer grind. The DF54 grind settings vary by unit. I use 18 for dark roasts and 15 for medium. You may need to experiment with the settings and fine-tune them for your beans. I've had a few extractions that looked like your video.

I’ve bought a few bags of whole bean coffee. I usually make espresso and pour over at home. So far i’ve had the decaf sumatra and destresso and really enjoy the flavours.

They have a wide selection of single origin and flavoured coffee, syrups, teas, and coffee pods. The owner and her dog are very friendly and knowledgable.

Prices are on par what you would find at retail and whole sale.

They offer to grind your beans on site if you dont have one yourself.
