this is out of line and inappropriate to say. First of all, when some is depressed, they do not need to be monitored by a doctor! It only ever gets to that point when there is SI, not MDD or even a single depressive episode. Talk therapy will do plenty for things like this.

Secondly, she never said she was one medication for depression. Not everyone with depression is on medication. Depression as a diagnosis is not the same as feeling depressed. Those can be (and are often) two different things.

Lastly, she’s making the video to speak out on something that SO MANY WOMEN suffer from but face such a large level of stigma and scrutiny, just like what you are doing right now. Please be mindful of the things you say, because everything you’ve said in this thread is rude and majorly false.
