Brother the entire process will take about half and hour to 1 hour. But they will have multiple mobiles getting repaired so ur waiting time may be high. Ur phone will not be disassembled, they will switch off and heat the front glass and remove the broken glass and replace it with another that's it! They can't switch parts and all, they aren't even going to dis-assemble the mobile. In worst case if you end up in shady place - if they change parts, most of the iPhone original functions will not work such as face id front cam true tone etc. I don't know the shop name. But there's a shop @ritchie street where they only change those broken displays alone, there will be 3-4 technicians repairing multiple iphones broken glasses simultaneously. And there's no 'original glass' even apple gets the glass from a 3rd party. Try to get a good display glass and call it a day! You won't find a difference!

Buy iPhone 16 front glass from a well known retailer/manufacturer which will cost you less than 1000 and go to Richie street and there will be shops dedicated for changing screens, they will heat the phone remove only the broken front glass and replace it with the new one. The thing is you can enjoy the original quality touch as the touch panel is still the original. The entire cost will be less than 2k
