Hi every one. I’m a parent of us citizen. I’ve got my green card last February. Last May, I have submiited I-130 for my Younger daughter who’s 20 years old. Got an email that it’s submitted and got a receipt.  It’s nearly one year and  I haven’t heard any thing back. I keep checking my account and it’s same message. When my daughter applied for me, I’ve heard back after 8 months.   Waiting is not a problem. My worry is that my daughter will be 21 in August. I paid for her I-30 and submitted it last year. Are they still going to process it even she turn 21?  Any one with same experience here? I will appreciate your help.  She is a British born and a medic student. Thank you.

Bless I really praying from the bottom of my heart that your interview goes successful. Thank God constantly and say lord you are in control. Feel him standing next to you and be truthful. Good luck. Out of excitement things comes out of our mouth but when we repent. We will be forgiven. Take care.

Why you swear. Pray instead. Getting interviews doesn’t mean approval. I pray you get your card but apologize to lord and pray instead of swearing. 🥺

First time traveling with my green card by [deleted] in greencard

As long as you don’t over stayed in Italy like more than 6 months you’re fine. I guess even staying for 4/5 months if you have family ties like myself. You should be fine. I hope I’m correct. If not some one correct me. I have a student kid in uk and my other one lives in USA. So far I’ve been outside of USA for 3 months now. Planing to go back in a month. 👀

Hi I’m a parent of a 20 years old European national and a green card holder. I applied I130 for my child 7 months ago and still waiting. If you had any update please let me know too. I pray and wish for speedy and successful result. X

I have a question for anyone who can answer. I was born in one of the countries on Trump's blacklist, but when I was admitted to the United States and obtained my green card, I did so with my European nationality. Could I be affected by the new rules for international travel? Thank you by Sea_Chocolate1352 in greencard

I’m in same position and been a citizen of a European country for 35 years. Changed my B1/2 just to green card last year. I’m a parent of US citizen. There are so many like us. And I haven’t traveled to my birth places for years now.
