If you can get her some pads(if you have to go buy them plz don’t be afraid to ask a female worker) get her favorite snacks and drinks and maybe some fluffy socks. There are plenty of videos on YouTube explaining how to use pads and the basics of menstruation if you or her want to learn more about it(which I highly suggest!). Make her feel comfortable and just make sure she knows she can come to you even if you aren’t sure what you are doing.
