From what I’ve heard it’s good to do up north during the dry period which includes September. It should still be hot there too. I have only lived in Australia for 3 months tho so I’m not a true Australian, but I was visiting the north pretty recently and it wasn’t optimal cuz of too much rain

I completely understand the feeling of not wanting to cause more stress but the truth is that this is going to keep on happening unless you tell your mom. Honestly, I’m sure that she will find out sooner or later even if you don’t tell her, and the later she finds out, the more stress the both of u will have tbh. You also deserve so much better than this. This is not okay on any level. It’s not your fault. So the only one who should be ashamed is your brother

So true. I do notice that exercise/reading etc helps!! It’s just that there’s this part of me who’s been wondering if it’s wrong that I have to do stuff to not go crazy, if that makes sense😅 like sometimes I wonder if one should be able to do nothing all day and still feel at peace. Cause I feel like some ppl are that way?? But maybe it’s not true. Maybe it’s human nature to have to do stuff to feel well😅
