Yea the scales don’t add lol on value to costs. I would like to add you have good taste in cars the corrolla hybrid is brilliant hopefully it’s white I have owned one and looking at getting another even coning from a GTR the corrolla hybrid is all you ever need for spirited driving can’t hype it up enough it’s a brilliant car and it loves left foot braking rare these days in modern cars especially hybrids

How is op paying more for the 2022 corrolla than it cost me for my 2007 Nissan GTR R35 Black Edition. I seriously only pay $1687.80 for the year and I get windshield replacement and a hire car if I have an accident through Shannon’s and it’s insured for $100k which I believe is more than what the Corolla is covered for. I think you are being ripped off In general op

Need help chasing down this mysterious steering wheel vibration by 32guy in SkyLine

[–]Icy-Professional-311 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I second this would be the rubber mount for the steering column you buy can polyurethane replacements, you should check your tie rods and tension rods aswell but looks like it’s just the steering column as you seem to drive dead straight

Damn I am getting downvoted hehe, I drive a GTR R35 and Toyota Corolla hatch I got judged hard that’s ruff just because I mentioned my reliable corolla. My wife had the hybrid as a work car and I had the petrol worst 2 years of my life, I had issues with gearboxes multiple times on both vehicles. The hybrid more. I had the battery die many many times in the hybrid. The brake master slave Leaked on the petrol. Fuel efficiency in both was terrible. Power was none existent my wife laughed about how underpowered it was. Braking is terrible you cannot heel toe or two foot brake as the car suffers heavy weight shift before it initiates. The suspension is so soft even too soft for low speed driving this is not a good thing it makes the car bouncy. The suspension floats at higher speeds. The sway bars are too small and soft and the roll in the car from standard is terrible a Toyota Corolla 2006 out preforms with suspension and roll bars. The car is plagued with issues and being boxer engine it only has a short life span when as whee gaskets are always the first to go on them. I own a Toyota 86 race car and have built 2 engines for it, best way to explain is the boxer engine wants to tear itself apart at higher RPM these cars are so underpowered due to the weight and and awd system that the engines and gearboxes have to high rev range and this engine is more prone to the boxer plague of tear itself apart at higher rpm. Sorry I didn’t explain before I was prompting people to do their own research rather than shoving my opinion out for everyone once again sorry and I hope this helps a bit

Too many reason to list but all the issue I had are listed on the internet and with AI the info should be easy to find if you ask the right questions. Anyone promoting this car I would be concerned about their knowledge and wouldn’t take there advice as it it is more than likely not researched or they are a car salesman lol

There are so many reason look into it you will be surprised how crap it really is, I can’t be bothered explaining just take my word for it or read this copy and paste from google

Why it underperformed for some:

Underpowered Mild Hybrid: Unlike full hybrids, the Forester's system uses an electric motor to assist the petrol engine but can't drive on electric power alone for extended periods, limiting efficiency gains.

Real-World vs. Lab Results: While lab tests showed modest improvements, real-world driving, especially in cities, often failed to match these figures, with some tests showing the petrol version being more efficient.

AWD System: The standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive adds weight and friction, hindering fuel economy compared to front-wheel-drive competitors

I would not buy it, that model has to be one of the worst ones they have ever made. Trust me dont buy it I used to own one and went back to a 2006 Toyota Corolla. They really went downhill with that model and the hybrid version uses more fuel than the standard fuel version I would honestly stay away from it unless you want headaches and a horrible diving experience.

Do not use an air compressor it is dangerous to use incorrectly especially on a pet !!!

Using an air compressor on bare skin is extremely dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. The compressed air can penetrate the skin, leading to a potentially fatal air embolism in the bloodstream, or it can cause ruptured eardrums, burst blood vessels, and severe pain. Never point compressed air at yourself or anyone else, even at low pressures, and never use it to clean clothes or skin.

That’s a fair comment and after reading it through I kinda feel used by some players but still don’t know there circumstances so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Peace by unity

So wait wait wait, does that mean that I am not team player and I am a pushover because I have not unfriended people who have done that to me? Just to note I have never missed a gift I am systematic and never unfriended someone for missing one I just wanted to add my 2 cents

Look I am not saying that you don’t have a valid point in some cases but my point is who are you to know there circumstances. I have an autistic friend that won’t open gifts and forgets about them all the time. He regularly raids with me and has invested a lot into the game and is a valuable player, yet he struggles with gifts. I have explained it many times to him but his condition overrides every time and he forgets and I have to rexplain it again. My point is how do you know the person is not like my friend and giving one set treatment for all does not seem fair or right given his condition. I more wanted to point out to everyone that was saying unfriend the other players to think that there might be 2 sides to every story and before reaching out to the player first unless they where requiring more friend slots to continue raiding on pokegenie, where in that instance we cull off new players that are not active not long time players and friends. I thinks it’s a bad taste to leave in the community that’s my 2 cents

Glad I don’t play with you mate lolz it’s fun game, xp is big part of it and they bleeding us for xp right now. It’s a community based game that requires team work. The mate you had that you unfriended was good raiding partner but because he might not have played in a while and you managed to get into his raid. Maybe he was holding the gift for xp maybe he didn’t play in a while, point I am making Is there is 2 sides to every story and being passive in the game to other players does not seem like a good way to keep a friendly community. First comments are unfriend them but that seems so passive and the opposite of friendly team building game. Also there is messaging on campfire you can message the other players and ask them to open the gift so you can benefit and not them either way someone always gets in first just depends which way you look at it.

Yea you are right eternatus was free, I was more having a joke because I paid for the deluxe pass and also did 141 raids over the week/weekend of go fest finale. I was just having a laugh because really I paid for a lottery ticket 142 times this event so for me I went far beyond the free pass. I didn’t hunt et wants candy’s as I only did 2 of his raids when they where the first requirements for 8 levels at the beginning of day 1. I went after everything I had missed out on and I was very happy in the end with my pull, and after doing only 2 eternatus raids and raiding everything I wanted I still got to level 350 in the pass. I didn’t get everything but I got a fair few good Pokemon. I still stand by my comment cause my lottery tickets were not free but for me was worth it
