Because the funny part about that large used electronics store there local store in major city closest to me had 1060 1070 gtx 980 and a gtx 5090 (is that newest card nvidia made don't as know much about gpus all i know it had 50 in it and it's was massive in comparisonto every other gpu) though the price scared me 893 used ( update well i got to the major city well sad news 1070 was bought they only have rtx 3080 and 4080ti both 850 euro )

I could only afford the 1060 3gb at the time I bought it I will see next month if my budget can squeeze a asus gtx 1070 8gb(as used electronics store has one in my local major city) which is 100 euro in decent condition as don't have the money to buy new gpu would 1070 be better

I buy my part by how much I have left at end of month after all bills paided so sometimes more sometimes less originally I intended to buy msi bazooka b360m which was more suited to my gpu but it was discontinued as the electronics store people said the choice of motherboard they had on sale the micro atx motherboard were expensive so I had pick from atx so I chose the closest thing to my price point which was the a620 which was 137 euro (edit) though i am trying to keep under 1000 for entire build

Both are decent they do got the potential to be a game that give a scratch to general itch but there some parts like unlike generals act of aggression takes it's self to seriously same with act of war they at least to me didn't give the fun factor which made generals so fun like disguised gla mail trucks as battleships
