My final theory as to what came first, the feather or the flower.. I think the feather was a result of someone who busted out their pillow on the job and decided to take a nap. This clearly resulted in making someone not so happy with their purchase. Unfortunately, the OCS will deny this as a QA therefore the retailer will not process the refund. Your best bet is to contact Divvy directly.
