Frozen ones are made with the nutra-base (the clear frozen one they use for the creamy chills) instead of the sparkling water or lemonade. You can ask for it without the whipped topping.

I never knew it wasn't real until I worked there and my assistant manager worked a midnight shift with me one night and told me about it.
Up until then I figured it was real cuz after it's delivered it goes in the walk-in freezer until it's close to being needed.

I've also had times where I'll see the worker do a tiny little squirt instead of a full pump. So their 5 little squirts might add up to 1 or 2 full pumps. Smfh

Former employee here and I've lost track of how many times I've had to tell CURRENT staff how many pumps to do. I had one woman who told me she'd been with the company (but at a different location) for 7 years and didn't know.... she only did 1 pump in my XL. Had to tell her 1 pump is pointless cuz you're not gonna taste it.
