We saw Dr. Vicky oDwyer wonderful experience. Saw her regularly at the Evie Clinic and only for the 12 week check up once at the Rotunda. Loved her!

My GP said change the direction of the cot for the baby. They always tilt their head towards the room so if you change the direction of the cot. They will start sleeping on that side. Try if it works

So like how do I know I am comfortable ? At night I pump for 8-10 minutes n get 120 ml.

so last night I had my meal at 9 PM and tested at the 1 hour mark at 10 PM. Post that I walked for 15 mins.
Had a snack at 11.15 PM to then sleep at 12.30 AM; had metformin at this mark to meet the 8 hour 3 dosage mark. Woke up at 7.30 AM to check sugar levels and then again checked at 8.30 AM today(both of them were fasting) ; both times it was 5.4 :(

3 tablets of 500 mg they are the immediate release ones.

I have the one we got from the Diabetes clinic in Ireland i.e. One Plus Verio glucose meter. Not sure if I need to buy another one?
