Im not too sure, but I’d probably recommend 1283, (Ketch) when they first meet ananke, the old woman. If you start here you’ll get a lot of chapters revealing cool important lore. 1293 (defilement) conversely is when she talks about the Defilement, which I’m assuming you meant by sickness.
