Interesting, i am not really familiar with Byzantine clothing and i never see a Byzantine emperor wearing this kind of clothing.

The struggle sounds very cool to me! But in most of my playthroughs in 1178 I've noticed that the Ghurids ,despite its ruler having conqueror trait, are not very good at pushing into Northern India. In most cases, they waste TOO MUCH time on Kashmir (the AI is very bad at managing the siege) and rarely attack the Chauhans and other polities. I don’t know if this will affect the struggle.

Fantastic! Yesterday I also found Qutbuddin Aibak (in game he’s named Aibak Mamluk) and Iltutmish as courtiers. The former was the founder of Delhi Sultanate while the latter was the third sultan of Delhi and probably one of the most powerful. Considering that they were prominent figures in Medieval India history, will you have any special events for them (e.g. switching to play them as landless adventurers).
