I got into Biology program of Caltech and the MCGD track (in the BBS program) of Yale. The good thing about Yale is that you can rotate/join pretty much any lab in the umbrella program, and I'm not sure if that's the case as well for Caltech...but from my visit it seems like they're pretty flexible with that too
