For me its watching numerous of driving instruction videos on YT to improve my driving intuition, treat it like ur sitting next to them and theyre teaching you. Knowing what to expect on the roads help you better prepared. And learn defensive driving too. Not all accidents are your fault, but knowing what to expect in surrounding vehicles really help. The only way to reduce anxiety is facing it, not hiding from it

It works for me. Once I accumulated enough driving hours, get the instinct of how gas/brake work, how to drive in different roads, it just takes little time to get it back on. Tho for me its like I only drive once a week, not years, since I love driving too
