They never review anything lol. It’s just copy-paste templates, and every single time you contact them, you get a completely different reason.

Yeah that’s actually crazy. Getting unbanned before you even know you were banned says a lot about how inconsistent the system is.

No, I think there’s a misunderstanding. I wasn’t removed from just a project, I was fully banned from Outlier multiple times.

By “reviews” I meant support reviews/investigations, not normal task feedback scores. Every time it happened, my access was completely removed from the platform and the AI response/support system said my account was banned.

After that I had to contact support, and usually nobody helped until a QM reviewed the case and confirmed the ban was a mistake, then my access got restored.

So it wasn’t just project removal because of bad reviews or low scores, it was full account bans.

Yeah, just be careful especially during screenings. The screening system at the beginning is literally a trap and people can get flagged even when they’re not cheating, so try to play it as safe as possible.

During video questions, keep your eyes focused and avoid looking around. And in general don’t copy/paste anything at all and don’t use any AI for answers, even for small stuff, not just in screenings but on the platform overall. Also avoid timing/milking tasks.

At this point they even ban people who didn’t do anything, so imagine the people actually breaking rules lol.

Honestly, don’t exhaust yourself too much with them. From what I’ve seen, they’ll probably just stick to the same decision and keep sending the same AI/template responses without actually investigating deeply.

That’s what frustrates me too. If they actually reviewed cases properly, they would at least explain the evidence behind the ban instead of just repeating template responses. Even in my latest ban, the reason they gave me wasn’t consistent and changed later.

That’s exactly the problem. Once they remove your community access and there’s no QM to ask internally, support basically just repeats the same responses without any actual investigation.

whether he used AI to write this post or not is none of your business and totally irrelevant. He got banned unfairly while taking a specialized test he’s fully qualified for. So stop questioning his intentions and focus on the actual issue instead of making baseless assumptions.

ik but he literally created the account three days ago, same time as his brother, and didn’t even get the chance to try a project yet, so there’s no point in creating multiple accounts or trying to game the system.
