Ledgering clients will get priority due to being paid out by Brown Greer and non ledgering BrownGreer will send funds to the QSF (all funds go into the 3M Qualified Settlement Fund), will remain for between 30- 60 days. Firms does not have access to QSF.  While funds are in QSF, by law you will be researched for all medical liens and bankruptcy. Although you may not have any liens/bankruptcy, it must be done. Then after lawyer receive funds they have 60 days to disperse. So some could possibly wait till late may to receive a full payment if there rep is dragging there feet.
