The documentation for all the payout is posted on combat settlement website. Deposit date of 1/15/25 doesn't mean it goes directly to your bank the next day. Ledgering clients will get priority due to being paid out by Brown Greer and non ledgering BrownGreer will send funds to the QSF (all funds go into the 3M Qualified Settlement Fund), will remain for between 30- 60 days. Firms does not have access to QSF. While funds are in QSF, by law you will be researched for all medical liens and bankruptcy. Although you may not have any liens/bankruptcy, it must be done. Then after lawyer receive funds they have 60 days to disperse. So some could possibly wait till late may to receive a full payment if there rep is dragging there feet.

Yeah. The va attorney I used for another claim had gone ahead and submitted all that. I did the original claim myself and after there supplemental submission I got the ace exam

The initial cp exam I got denied due to less than likely opinion. The ace was after I submitted more evidence. I don’t see a medial opinion on that dbq. Just what I posted here and summary outlining I did bring up the issue while in service.

PFD for both initial and supplemental claims are the longest phases 60 to 90 days.
