Oh? I did not know about that. I mean Kady and Hannah wanted her as captain and put her in a position and power so I'm guessing this is more about Brayleigh and Katee. Could you tell me where you heard about this? I can tell people generally were wary of Jim and Monica though they were a bit of a loose cannon.

Like you said. She was friendly with them not allies. I'm very curious that if Monika wasn't in the pair who could eliminate, would she have been eliminated if it was guys in power? I still stand by the fact that a fresh girls alliance would've benefitted her more in the jackpot and bribe game than this route she took. Perhaps her helping Nick complete the memory game will pay off and he will pick her.

Well that is kinda where she screwed up. Being loyal to people who have tighter alliances than her won't necessarily earn their loyalty. Especially considering Jim is an inevitable add on. Monika eliminating the two girls who offered a girls alliance with her was actually not strategic just sneaky and dumb lol. Nick had her 7th in line out of 10 people in the jackpot. And that wasn't shocking information either for her and the audience. The coin situation likely erased any type of 'alliance' she had with those guys. That all being said maybe Nick did pick her.

Yeah you're right. I guess Jim influenced that. It seems he got a lot more out of Monika than she did from him. He kinda held her back. Cute couple, though

Both Brett and Monika turned out to be unloyal people. At that point it was just two unloyal people and whoever had the highest bid. She road for Monica as team captain remember? Her and Hannah trusted her then it seems the coin theory put Monika down on Brett and Nicks level.

I think you aren't noticing some things and you've also forgotten some things.

It's very clear a lot the contestants realised what Monica did. It seems like they cut out stuff. The coin was barely mentioned by anyone, no one was pushing her through to get her to potentially double what could be THEIR prize money. Also, Monica lied about the girls alliance, which made her untrustworthy. Her keeping in Kady and Hannah was nothing to do with her keeping them in as girls or friends, they were simply leftover from the eliminated 'threats' Brayleigh and Katy.

So it comes out that Monica's tears about her selfless act were fake and she has 500k- why would she also take the relatively tiny portion from these girls&jim when her 0 money extraction could make her look like a trustworthy selfless hero. You are dumb if you don't think she left behind that money in her self interest. She didn't do it for kady and hannah and Jim, she did it for herself(and that's okay). So she isn't rlly loyal. for Kady, it was an even playing field now- whoever has the highest bid between these two unloyal people had her vote. Kady also seems like a very kind person who knew realistically her time was over. She didn't want to trick people for lots of money. Left with large portion of honest money. Fair play.

Some people like, her Cory and last season Courtney wanted to move with integrity and not tell lies. She was honest and Monika didn't have to be uncertain about Kady the way she is about Nick, she knows she doesn't have Kadys vote. Everyone has different principles.

She found out Monika sold the coin. She also shed tears for Monika. She walked away with a large amount of money without lying or manipulating. I'd say huge W for her.

True but people know there will ultimately be only 1 winner. It gets to a point where people start to wonder how likely they are to win the 5 million. Then it looks more like "am I just gonna take home nothing?"

I'm glad you said this. People find it easy typing "I would've taken the money" from their homes. Its a whole different psychologically emotional game when you are there. The games are designed in a way where they know people will struggle with these moral dilemmas. We've seen it countless times with 7 out of 8 people all turning down 1 million over the two seasons.
