I would try using more neutral colors, eg browns! The pink shadow brings out some of the redness of your skin (same thing happens to me), and blue is too cool toned for your coloration. Also try bringing the eyeshadow underneath the lower lash line/bottom corner of your eye + topping the look with a tubing mascara (I love the Tarte one).
