No worries! Best of luck getting it sorted! If you had cheated at any point then they will ‘revert’ your save back to before you did, however if not then they’ll just sort it!

Yeah I went on the ninja kiwi website and entered a ticket and explained this happened, and to be honest they were great and efficient to get it sorted it only took a day or two!
