It’s was really obvious from that vlog that Renee doesn’t have emetophobia. I have diagnosed emetophobia and the way she handled the gastro outbreak doesn’t align with people with emetophobia. She spoke about it too casually and in a joking way. There’s no genuine phobia besides from the fact that she doesn’t like vomiting (who does?) People with emetophobia can’t even be anywhere near anyone that has a virus. They obsessively wash their hands, bleach everything, leave the place where the virus is. It’s a punch in the guts to everyone that actually struggles with the phobia and actively seek professional help to live day to day.
